clean room nice staff family location
the room was pretty clean. i found the staff nice, especially mrali and mrdanish. the hotel location is good and it is family-friendly.
i found that whatever time we mealed in the morning or evening we found the buffet to be on the cold side.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Their service was a highlight. the room was very clean, i appreciated this. i found the buffet meals to have plenty of delicious choices. baseet tourism llc, the taxi service located in the hotel, was excellent.
the gym closes a bit early for my liking.

The room included a comfortable bed and modern amenities. It was very spacious. daily housekeeping ensured it remained clean and tidy throughout my stay. complimentary water was provided, which i found a nice touch.

The location offered good accessibility to key areas. This made travel easy. nearby, i found several restaurants and shops. the proximity to public transport was a definite advantage though the traffic could be intense.

the hotel had a rooftop pool offering a pleasant space for relaxation. i also found a well-equipped gym. there was a varied selection of food at the restaurant, offering diverse culinary experiences.

great value amazing selection helpful advice happy staff broken shower water pressure unlockable window
the food HAD great value and amazing selection. everything was fresh and tasty. the staff were always happy to help. a really big thank you to the person helping us with the bags and giving helpful advice. his name was faisal.
the main window was not lockable. maintenance CAME and had to screw it down after two complaints. shower was broken with hardly any water pressure. i found this very inconvenient.
